or on joint development basis. We are ideally focusing on prime land or real
estate in prime locations in Kerala. We have a slight preference towards property
in Calicut City.
Any type of clear titled, non-tenanted properties will be considered. We may
even consider incomplete / abandoned projects subject to scrutiny.

with the Architecture Design team at the stage of design and bringing in the
concepts of structural design to ensure that the design in practically viable
and does not unnecessarily add to the construction cost. We also provide complete

design has already been done.
We provide advisory support for companies in online real estate space. We also
provide pricing decision support for rental agreements for large residential
and commercial property for individuals and institutions. We provide support
on architectural design, interior design & furniture design through our Architectural
